I was initially inspired by my grandmother whom worked in the health field and always appeared to love what she did. I worked for a physical therapist for two years and volunteered with chiropractors for about six months. After being exposed to chiropractic and observing the results and difference it made in people’s lives. Learning that chiropractic is natural non invasive techniques that simply aligned the spine, allowing the muscles to relax, and relieve nerve interference was amazing, and I was intrigued. I would be helping the body speed up the process of what it does best all by itself! Heal! I knew I had to learn more.

A Chiropractic Education

Board certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, I also received training in physiological therapeutics, and sports rehabilitation with certification in physiological therapeutics. I earned high honors and the Dean’s List several times during my undergraduate career at Langston University where I earned my Bachelor of Science degree with specialization in chemistry and biology.

I am committed to promoting optimal health and well being for my patients I feel I genuinely care about every one of my patients and takes pride in treating the person, not just the symptom . I recognize that each person is different, therefore each individual needs to receive care based on their individual needs.I am committed to bringing patients better health and a better way of life by teaching and practicing the true principles of chiropractic wellness care.

Our Philosophy for Your Chiropractic Care

I attempt to use the “whole person approach”. To me this means to attempt to optimize the conditions for normal function by looking for the underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption. This underlying cause may or may not be causing symptoms at the time. The best way to approach this is through lifestyle adjustments and intervention. Lifestyle changes, in combination with adjustments, supportive therapy procedures, education on posture, rehabilitation through exercise, and nutritional advise will help the patient create internally the conditions for normal function. I feel that by incorporating this belief I am able to free patients of pain and accelerate and/or maintain their journey to good health. I am passionate and committed to promoting optimal health and well being of patients. Because I am doing what I love, I always try to go the extra mile to provide optimum health for my patients and get them to pre injury status, or just on the road to better health.

I feel we strive to maintain a philosophy that every patient deserves the highest quality of chiropractic care accompanied by impeccable service. Great satisfaction in helping people get relief from pain and suffering so they can get their lives back.

I am also passionate about women’s health and the specific health concerns of women. Having experienced difficulties myself I hope to help women reach their personal health and wellness goals and achieve optimal function. For me there is no better reward then for those patients who have had a long history of neck, back, or illness and have responded favorably to chiropractic care.

We at CCC and ACR specialized in acute, reconstructive and preventative/wellness care through the combined use of traditional chiropractic care, active release technique, supportive therapy, and rehabilitation. I utilize and specialize in several techniques including Full Spine Diversified, Activator, Thompson techniques: Myofascial Release as well as the evaluation and treatment of sports related injuries and spinal rehabilitation
